Hawaii: Licensing and registration

No statewide residential rental/landlord license identified in HRS 521 (GET registration is a tax matter, not a license).

Hawaii: Lease disclosures and receipts

Name/address of manager and owner (or agent) (HRS 521-43(a))

Landlord's GET number to tenants (HRS 521-43(h))

Copy of written rental agreement (HRS 521-43(d))
